Position Overview

As Senior Sales Leader, you will build and lead our sales team to achieve our ambitious growth goals by expanding our Salesforce business across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a sales pipeline of a minimum of 10+ active opportunities weekly.
  • Display a deep understanding & passion for all things Salesforce.
  • Be motivated to generate pipeline and produce new leads.
  • Gain access, navigate structures and build trust in assigned accounts and prospects.
  • Discover, validate, and develop sales opportunities based on our Sales methodology.
  • Partner with customers to align, promote, and fund projects that enhance customer success through Salesforce.
  • Manage account strategy, planning, and opportunity forecasting.
  • Partner with Impaqtive Solution Architects to solution, estimate, and quote opportunities.
  • Present solution proposals that communicate business value, technical scope, and financial ROI.
  • Own and execute a sales plan focused on Impaqtive services, reaching new markets and expanding existing market share.
  • Create the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
  • Manage deal cycle and deliverables including SOW and MSAs in line with compliance requirements.
  • Track, analyze and present pipeline and other sales metrics to leadership.
  • Manage ACV attribution to Impaqtive.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve sales collateral and provide new customer references.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce sales and alliance organization.
  • Achieve Booking and Revenue targets per margin guidelines across your sales team.
  • Expand the team by recruiting and onboarding the new team members.
  • Diversify customer portfolio to no more than 20% of revenue in any single customer.

Skills and Requirements

  • Professional Services selling in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the technology sector or 5+ years selling and delivering Salesforce customer engagement projects.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
